The cobbled climbs of the Tour of Flanders require mechanics to make a number of tweaks to bikes and we spent some time trawling around the teams prior to the 2015 Ronde to check out this year’s tech.
Wide tyres were the order of the day, with the vast majority of teams running 25mm rubber and a few also opting for as wide as 28mm – normally reserved for the harsher pavĂ© of Paris-Roubaix.
