The Scottish Bike Show, which had 5,100 people attend this year’s inaugural event, will return on 13-15 April 2012 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow.
Following the success of the 2011 show, the organisers have added an extra day and increased floor space to display more of the latest bikes, gear, clothing and accessories.
The Scottish Bike Show Sportive will take place on the same weekend, with 50-mile and 100-mile road routes taking in the countryside surrounding Loch Lomond and the Loch Lomond National Park on Sunday April 15.
The show’s indoor forest track, offering off-road trail features in a safe and fun environment to cyclists of all ages, will double in size for 2012, while the central arena will host cycle stunt displays.
Ticket prices remain the same as 2011 – £7.50 adults, £5.50 kids and £20 for a family ticket (two adults, two kids) – if you book online in advance. Tickets on the door cost £10 for adults, £7.50 kids and £27 for a family ticket.
