That’s thanks to a low weight of 1,555g (670g front, 885g rear) combined with plenty of stiffness, helped in part by the differentiated rim heights – 24mm at front for optimal maneuverability and 30mm at rear for optimal power transfer.

Fulcrum also use a 2:1 spoke ratio on the rear wheel, with double the number of spokes on the driveside for greater wheel stability and improved stiffness.
